The Llach Serra Tribunes return this term with a new series of meetings dedicated to some of the main challenges and current issues related to housing and the real estate sector.
After nine editions, this season we will celebrate the 10th, 11th, and 12th Llach Serra Tribune, all of them at the Casal de Vilafranca and with the aim of continuing to bring information, knowledge, and debate to the public from a professional and accessible perspective.
10th Llach Serra Tribune: renting, under debate
The new season will begin on Monday, October 19, 2026, with the 10th Llach Serra Tribune, coinciding with the County Council’s Galeria 2026.
The session will focus on renting and will address issues such as regulatory compliance, abusive practices, and the creation of a healthy landlord-tenant relationship.
A meeting designed to bring to the table some of the issues currently affecting owners and tenants and to provide useful information to better understand the current reality of the rental market.

An open space to talk about housing
The Llach Serra Tribunes were created with the aim of bringing current real estate issues to the public and generating a space to share knowledge, resolve doubts, and encourage debate around housing.
Since the first editions, the series has addressed various themes linked to the real estate sector with the participation of professionals and specialists from various fields.
With this new season, we want to continue providing continuity to this space for dissemination and conversation at the Casal de Vilafranca.
Free entry and no prior registration
As in previous editions, the Llach Serra Tribunes are free and open to everyone.
There is no need to confirm attendance or register in advance.
The first event of the season will be on October 19, 2026, at the Casal de Vilafranca.
