Emphasis was also placed on the landlord-tenant relationship, owner obligations, and options for divestment, reinvestment, or asset maintenance. <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Management of buildings under horizontal property regime<\/strong>, presented by <strong>Lorenzo Vi\u00f1as<\/strong> (president of the Association of Property Administrators of Barcelona-Lleida), who delved into preventive maintenance, technical inspections, and the challenge of energy rehabilitation.
